Pretty, Please

This group exhibition, guest-curated by Ingrid Chu, featured eight artists from Toronto, Los Angeles, and New York who incorporate pretty elements in their practice. Elaine Bowen, Jessica Bronson, Lucky DeBellevue, Jay Isaac, Jennifer Murphy & Chris Rogers, Jay Wilson and Kelly Wood each consider what is pretty but through a broad range of visual mediums including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and video. Ingrid Chu is a Toronto-based artist and independent curator.
